When to contact your Provider Ambassador
Our Provider Ambassador team is here to help answer questions on your contract, documentation requirements, claims submissions, clinical criteria, policies—and will even train your office staff on our dental plans and procedures.
Reach out to a Provider Ambassador by emailing MyDDWAAmbassador@DeltaDentalWA.com when you:
- Need training for new or current employees on how to work with Delta Dental of Washington
- Want to understand working with out-of-state Delta Dentals
- Have a question about your Member Dentist Agreement

Hello, my name is Allie!
I've been with Delta Dental of Washington since 2021, starting in customer service and joining the Provider Ambassador team in October of 2023. Known for my problem-solving and relationship building skills, I love coming to work every day and helping providers with any questions they may have.
Outside of work, I enjoy skiing and traveling with my family. I am committed to personal and professional growth and strive to make a positive impact in my field and beyond. I look forward to working with you!

Hello! I'm the Provider Ambassador for Special Products at Delta Dental of Washington. I graduated from the University of Oregon in 2021 and recently moved to the Seattle Metro area. I began this role in August 2023 and have immensely enjoyed working and growing with this team.
Throughout my career, I’ve built a diverse portfolio working with clients across multiple industries, with an emphasis on healthcare. Enhancing the provider experience is always my main priority, which I achieve through effective communication and thorough education of new products and networks.
