- Vote: Ensure your voice is heard in electing the next WDS Member Director, positions that don’t become available often. Starting this week, you can vote online for Member Directors on our corporate board - as part of our upcoming Washington Dental Service (WDS) 2024 Annual Member Meeting - by voting now or during the meeting (more details on how to vote below).
- Save the date: You’re also invited to join us virtually for this year’s meeting on Friday, November 8 from 2pm-4pm, where you’ll get details on our latest initiatives to support Member Dentists and oral health in Washington – and can cast your online vote if you haven’t already done so.
- Your personal invite and proxy voting card: On October 1, Corporate Election services will email you an official meeting notice, agenda, proxy voting card and instructions, and letters from 1) Dr. Christopher Pickel, who is up for reelection for his second three-year term, and 2) Drs. Elissa Maynard and Kim Trieu, who are campaigning in a contested election for the open Member Director seat.
