Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA)
Once you've enrolled in direct deposit, you can receive your remittance advice electronically from one of the 3 clearing houses we partner with.
For additional information and/or to enroll, please select the link below for the clearing house you currently use to submit claims. You're able to submit claims using more than one clearing house; however, you must only select one clearinghouse to receive your ERA.
We partner with:
- Emdeon - Follow the ERA instructions for Delta Dental of Washington
- DentalXChange - Click on the view payers that require enrollment button and follow the ERA instructions for Delta Dental of Washington.
- TESIA Clearinghouse - On the right hand side, fill out the information requested under 'Request ERA Enrollment Materials.' You can also contact TESIA Clearinghouse directly at 1-800-724-7420, option 5.
Delta Dental National Repository, for your National EFT needs
You’re able to manually access ERA information by signing in to DeltaDental.com, and selecting the View Delta Dental ERA’s button. This service connects directly with DentalXChange.
- All Washington State providers who receive Direct Deposit (EFT) from us are automatically enrolled with National EFT and National ERA, unless they specify otherwise on the direct deposit enrollment form.
- Out-of-State providers make sure you’re signed up for National ERA with your local Delta Dental Member Company.

If you don't currently submit your claims electronically, below is a list of dental electronic providers for Delta Dental of Washington. Please contact one of these providers to set up an account to make your claims-filing easier. They'll also be able to assist with instructions on how to submit your electronic claims.
