We encourage employee wellbeing through our wellness program. We will reimburse up to $480/annually for wellness related expenses (gym memberships, gardening, equipment purchases, and more).
Pay it Forward
We firmly believe in giving back to our communities. In addition to each employee having access to volunteer hours throughout the year, we match employee donations to nonprofit organizations up to $750 per year. We also have an annual giving campaign where we match even more.
