Washington Dental Service, and the Washington Dental Service Foundation care about the communities we serve and strive to work toward our mission of improving oral and overall health. Please read our community letter  to learn more about what we've given back to our community this past year.

In addition to the work we do in the office, in 2009 WDS employees contributed money, time, and man-hours helping the communities where we live and work. Our employee contributions have a significant impact in Washington and we continue to support their community service efforts.

In 2009 WDS Employees....
     -  Helped raise over $67,000 for United Way
     -  Contributed 319 volunteer hours
     -  Directed corporate donations to the communities where they live
             *  Seattle Northwest Harvest: $5,000
             *  King County Humane Society: $1,000
             *  Hospice of Spokane: $1,500
             *  Stevens County Food Bank: $2,500
     -  Participated in the American Heart Association's Heart Walk and the Step out for Diabetes Walk
