CDT Procedure Code Information
This section provides processing policies and procedures for the American Dental Association's new CDT codes.
This information is to be used only as a general guideline in determining benefits under the new codes. The benefits listed are for a standard contract. Some groups may choose to alter the way the codes are processed. For specific information, you should have the treatment preauthorized before you begin treatment to assure you of the availability of benefits according to your patient's dental care program contract.
If you have questions regarding current procedure codes, please call Washington Dental Service's Customer Service team at (206)522-2300 or (800)554-1907.
